Most of you don’t know me, but you should have a feel for how much I hate all the crap in the fitness industry. What really upsets me is that I was a victim of that crap for a long time. That’s part of the reason I made this site, to prevent others from being victims. Read more »
The Shockwave Protocols 1.0
I wish this program had a sexy story, that it was born of some black-ops bodybuilding program, utilized long-forgotten methods of motor-unit control from ancient Hindu yogin, or was stumbled upon during epigenetic manipulation of the world’s most powerful athletes. The truth is far simpler
The Secret of Leucine
During my college years, I had the chance to attend the Arnold Classic Expo, with the mass of vendors peddling equipment, supplements, pre-made meals and magazine subscriptions. Would-be Olympia competitors wandered the floor and even a glimpse was near impossible through the thickset of bodies hovering around them at all times.

Don’t Trust Me
As I’m about to release an integrated plan, one for rapid fat loss while preserving muscle and the other for muscle gain while trying to lose fat (or at least not adding any), I want to make a strong statement, one that you’ll never hear from another person in this field and that you rarely [...]

Welcome to the New DH!

Kiefer There’s something different about Dangerously Hardcore. Sure, the colors have changed, the logo looks professional, and there’s a hot chick on the right side of the screen, but there’s more. Read more »
Is Carb Nite® Right For You?
July 3rd, 2010
Kiefer My first book, The Carb Nite® Solution, is enjoying a second surge in sales because I’m learning how to promote myself and my work. This is and always will be my weak point because I don’t want to dress up my knowledge with glitter and lace and make it all pretty and palatable. I prefer dealing with the cold, steely truth. (Okay, you got me, the cover of Carb Nite is a bit effeminate, but in my defense women buy millions more diet books than men.) Read more »
I won’t make you wait
June 28th, 2010
Kiefer As promised, since I couldn’t get this deal with Protein Factory done by today, here are the new blends 1 and 2:
Blend 1: (mutli-dose pre-meal formula)
20% Hydrolyzed 1400,
30% Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate,
30% Heliogen Casein,
20% Lean Whey
Blend 2: (post workout)
45% CFM Whey Isolate,
20% Hydrolyzed 1400,
5% Hydrolyzed 520,
30% PeptoPro
Protein Factory has agreed to carry my blends, pre-packaged, so you no longer have to make them through the Custom Protein Factory. I’m hoping they’ll be available this week in time for the launch of the new look and feel of Dangerously Hardcore. If you want to make suggestions for blend names (instead of simply Blend 1 and Blend 2), you have today and that’s it. Please leave your suggestions in the comments.
Also, to everyone that’s left questions in the comments, I will respond, but this has already been a busy week and I’ve only been up for 4 hours, so please be patient.
Thanks everyone.
Updated Blends 1 and 2…coming soon
June 24th, 2010
Kiefer I promised everyone a couple of days for the new blends, but if you can give me until the weekend, I’m working with Protein Factory so that you can purchase the customized blends with a single click instead of going through the Custom Protein Lab. I appreciate your patience in giving me the time to make your life easier. If I can’t get it done by Monday, I’ll post the new blends regardless.
Thanks
